What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Return costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the package in good condition (without signs of wear and with the price tag attached), we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible.
When will I receive my order?
Upon receipt of your order, we immediately begin processing the package. It will be shipped within 24 hours.
You will receive your order within 1-2 business days if you choose shipping with B-post (including track & trace).
If you prefer a cheaper alternative, shipping will be done within 3-5 business days by Mondial Relay
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location. If the purchase exceeds €1, shipping is free.
Belgium
- B-post = 7.10 euros
- Mondial Relay = 4.50 euros
The Netherlands
- B-post = 12.00 euros
- Mondial Relay = 5.10 euros
International
Depending on the destination country, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Additional charges such as import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are not included in this shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
